Title

Things that Confuse Me about Psychology, Anarchy, Justice, and Academic Objectivity

Abstract

I’d like to pose several questions for which I don’t have good answers, including these: What should we advise students who say they want to change the world when they ask us which branch of psychology to study in graduate school? Can academic expertise (in anything) help bring about an egalitarian and just society? How would we know an egalitarian and just society if we stumbled into one? And why aren’t there more anarchist psychologists? Discuss.
